OUR PROCESS

  Step 1:
  We listen to your description of the problem, perform a free transmission diagnostic, and take your
  vehicle for a road test. After the road test, our technician will determine the cause of the problem
  you described to us.


  Step 2:
  We then remove your transmission, start dismantling it and perform internal diagnostics. At that time our
  technician will determine the factual cause of your transmission problem. We then order your overhaul
  kit and torque converter.


  Step 3:
  After the overhaul kit and torque converter are delivered we begin the rebuilding/overhaul process
  and complete the work order.


  Step 4:
  Lastly we install your rebuilt transmission with torque converter, contact you to come in and pick up
  your vehicle. When you arrive we will take you for a road test to ensure your transmission is
  operating like new.

  All rebuilds have a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty when final approval is given by you and delivered.
